All the high school students were sitting in the commons when they released the forensics team from class to go to state. Let's just say the forensics team was pretty embarrassed.

Too toot our horn. Tim and I were the only parents who showed up to send them off.
We also sent clever care packages with items such as, tissues to wipe their tears away, deodorant for their sweating, band-aid that needs torn off (ask Cassidy), Smarties for the victor, Dum Dums for the loser and other miscellaneous items. The kids had fun reading the directions for each individual item.
We also purchased the paint to decorate the van.

She is pretty adamant that she will be going to Nationals next year.
