8th Grade Senior Prom

This Prom is where each 8th grader has to invite someone over the age of 50 (a senior) to a dance. They dress up as if it was a high school prom.

Cassidy, Brooke and Mom had an awesome time shopping for a dress.
We only tried on about 4 dresses before coming to the dress she chose.

Dylan's girlfriend, that is not his girlfriend and one of her friends volunteered to do Cassidy's hair for her. We think Cassidy was a little awe stricken by the high schoolers as they talked and curled her hair and talked and sang and talked, oh and talked.....

They kept commenting on how beautiful Cassidy is.

We agree!

The classic Cassidy smile lighting up her face as usual.

The theme was Luau.
Mom was on the decorating committee and Tim (well, I volunteered him)
smoked the pork roast and what a wonderful job he did.
